I have a ticket booked for a future date, when will I receive my refund?

Since the announcement of our closure, our team have been working hard to process all refunds on the system. Once a refund is processed, it can take up to 7 working days to hit your bank account.

If you have not received your refund by Friday 11th November 2022, please email us on info@imacelebrityjunglechallenge.co.uk and our team will chase this up for you.

I have booked a gift voucher, when will I receive my refund?

Our team are currently processing all refunds for Gift Vouchers, once refunded, these will take up to 7 working days to hit your bank account.

I was given a Gift Voucher, will I receive the refund?

Unfortunately all Gift Voucher refunds will be processed to the original purchaser. You will need to contact the person who gifted you the voucher to confirm they have received the refund.
