I’M A CELEBRITY JUNGLE CHALLENGE – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
This page sets out the terms and conditions upon which Continuum (Entertainment) Ltd, incorporated and registered in England with company number 1950293, whose registered office is at St Edmund’s House, Margaret Street, York, YO10 4UX (“Continuum”, “we”, “us” or “our”), provides and operates “I’m a Celebrity Jungle Challenge” (the “Attraction”) to you and/or your visitors (“you” or “your”) (the “Attraction Rules”).
Please read these Attraction Rules carefully before making a booking (“Booking”) for the Attraction. By making a Booking, you agree to be bound by these Attraction Rules. We shall have the benefit of any term or condition you agree to with any third party as part of your Booking and a breach of such third party shall be considered a breach of these Attraction Rules.
2. Jungle10 PROMOTIONAL CODE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Use promocode Jungle10 for 10% discount on tickets to I’m A Celebrity… Jungle Challenge. This discount is valid on tickets to the attraction between 1st October – 31st December 2022 only.
This discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount including Student Tickets and Family Tickets and is valid for tickets only. Weight and height limits apply and all guests MUST meet the height and weight requirements. Tickets are sold within specific session times and each session will last for up to 3 hours. Please arrive in time for your chosen slot. All other Terms and Conditions apply.
3. ABOUT THE ATTRACTION
I’m a Celebrity Jungle Challenge is a jungle themed action-packed adventure for the family featuring physical trials and games. Collect stars and points as you participate in the games and compete as friends to see who is crowned King or Queen of the Jungle in your group.
The Attraction is located in Manchester and the address is Quayside MediaCityUK, Manchester, M50 3AH, UK. Full location details are available on the main Attraction website.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that as many of the activities at the Attraction (the “Activities”) as possible are available to you during your visit, there may be occasions where some areas and/or Activities are closed.
At our discretion, we reserve the right to:
- close one or more of the Activities
- amend the Attraction’s opening hours;
- close the whole or any part of the Attraction at any time; and/or
- restrict the number of visitors having access to the Attraction.
The reason for any closure or restriction provided by this provision may include technical or operational reasons, capacity, inclement weather, special events, to ensure the safety and security of guests, or where we reasonably consider closure or restriction necessary. If the entire Attraction is closed for any of the reasons set out above, we will give you as much notice as possible and refunds or exchanges will be offered, but no further compensation will be offered.
4. BOOKING YOUR VISIT
All persons wishing to attend the Attraction should make an online Booking in advance. Tickets may be available on the day but cannot be guaranteed. Payment must be made in full at the time of the Booking, either by credit or debit card. We do not accept cash or cheques as payment.
All participating guests must meet the height and weight requirements, and it is the responsibility of the booker to ensure all guests are within these limits. We reserve the right to check all guests height and weight discreetly on site, and will refuse entry to anyone outside of these safe limits. The limits are purely for the means of Health and safety and are in no way discriminatory.
Students under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed by an adult (aged 18+) prior to arrival. No students will be admitted into the attraction without a legally signed waiver.
All spectators must be aged 8 and over, no guest under the age of 8, including infants, babies and toddlers will be allowed to enter for their own safety, and the safety of all our guests.
Once a Booking has been made, the lead booker will receive a Booking confirmation email confirming payment has been made with a link to download your ticket(s). This will include your Booking reference number, ticket numbers and your visit date and time. This email acts as your proof of purchase. Please check that you have received this email following purchase, we will accept no responsibility should you not receive this for reasons outside of our control and advise you check your email Junk or Spam folder.
It is your responsibility to check all details on your Booking and ticket(s) are correct, as mistakes cannot be rectified.
5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds or exchanges for cancellations for no-shows. Should you have any questions, please contact our Guest Enquiries team. Details can be found on the main Attraction website.
Where last minute cancellations are unavoidable through no fault of Continuum (for example, on the advice of the police), we will contact you as soon as possible. In such circumstances, Continuum will offer refunds or exchanges, but no further compensation will be offered.
6. ENTRY CRITERIA AND TICKETS
All attendees MUST hold a valid ticket. A number of different ticket types are available with the following provisions:
Adult Ticket – A person of 18 years or older is classed as an Adult. An Adult must be present for any booking that has Children with a minimum of 1 Adult to every 8 Children.
Child Ticket – A person under the age of 17 years (inclusive) is classed as a Child. Children will not be admitted without an Adult aged 18+ in the booking. All children must meet the height and weight limits of the attraction.
Student Ticket – A student with valid student Identification which must be shown on arrival at the attraction. Students aged 16 & 17 may attend unaccompanied (without an adult (18+)), but must have a signed waiver in advance of attendance by a parent or guardian over 18 without exception.
Children admitted shall remain under the control and supervision of an Adult aged 18 years or over at all times.
Spectator Tickets – We have introduced spectator tickets for any guest over the age of 8 who wanted to attend but not participate in any of the trials or attractions.
Tickets cost £10 and must be purchased alongside general admission tickets.
THERE IS NO ADMISSION FOR SPECTATORS FOR CHILDREN UNDER 8. This includes toddlers and babies to ensure the safety of younger children and other guests.
Full terms on Spectator tickets include:
- A Spectator ticket allows guests to enter the Jungle to supervise guests under 18, or where participation in the trials and activities is not required or possible.
- Spectator tickets must be purchased alongside general admission tickets, not on their own. Any guest with a spectator ticket and no guests with them who have general admission will be refused entry.
- All guests regardless of ticket type are required to complete a guest profile and complete a waiver prior to entry.
- A spectator wristband will be issued to all spectator ticket holders, which will not carry the relevant permissions to allow admission or participation in the trials and activities within the attraction.
- Spectators may choose to upgrade in venue to a full ticket by payment of the difference in ticket price
- Regardless of spectator of general admission tickets, all groups must have a guest over 18 with any group consisting of children’s tickets, no more than 8 children to one adult aged 18 or over.
- Spectators must remain within the attraction for the duration of any children with them remaining on site.
- Spectators acting as supervisors for children must have the permission of the parent or guardian of said children, and must complete and sign a waiver for all guests under 18 in their party.
- Spectator tickets are limited per session to avoid congestion in the attraction.
Carers and Disabled Guests – Tickets for carers are available at no charge if accompanying a disabled guest. The disabled guest must hold a valid adult, young adult or child ticket depending on age.
Note: The Attraction is physical in nature and has many accessibility considerations. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific requirements so we can advise you correctly. You are also advised to read our Accessibility Statement.
General – Proof of age or meeting of entry criteria may be requested. Whilst we aim to ensure all prices on our websites, systems and tickets are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error with pricing relating to your Booking we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your existing Booking where a full refund will be given. All ticket prices are in UK Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
7. HEIGHT, WEIGHT and HEALTH RESTRICTIONS
The Jungle Challenge trials and activities involve some degree of physical activity. For your health and safety throughout please note the following:
- Height and Weight restrictions apply as follows:
MIN WEIGHT: 30kg / 4st 10lb
MAX WEIGHT: 114kg / 18st 0lb
MIN HEIGHT: 1.35m
MAX HEIGHT: 2.0m
All participants must meet our height and weight criteria
Note: We reserve the right to verify every guest’s weight or height. If you are in any doubt please contact us in advance to avoid any embarrassment on the day of your visit.
- Any guest who is or believes they may be pregnant are NOT allowed to participate.
- Guests with underlying medical conditions are advised that some parts of the attraction may not be suitable and if in doubt should seek advice. These conditions include, but are not limited to: High blood pressure, heart conditions, asthma, back or neck conditions, epilepsy, or any type of medical condition affecting balance, vision, or hearing.
- It is also advised that if you, or a guest, fall into any of the following categories that you read any information prior to arrival and seek further advice as necessary.
- Persons with a fear of heights, sensitive to loud noises or flashing lights, or are of a nervous disposition
- Persons that are elderly or frail
- Persons with a disability, or who are blind or visually impaired.
- Some parts of the Attraction require you to wear a harness and or helmet, that we will provide. If we are unable to correctly fit these safety items then you will not be able to participate in those parts of the Attraction.
8. APPROPRIATE CLOTHING AND BEHAVIOUR
For your health and safety, appropriate clothing must be worn at all times whilst at the Attraction.
We advise comfortable clothing that enables flexibility such as long trousers or shorts and T-shirts. Closed in trainers are advised as the best footwear. Gloves may be worn to protect hands in certain areas.
Please note the following for your visit:
- Remove any loose articles or jewellery. Exposed body piercings should be removed or taped over
- Skirts, dresses or baggy clothes are not recommended
- Long hair should be tied back and secured out of the way
- Clothing with hoods or drawstring ties may need to removed
- No boots, heels, or open footwear such as flip flops and sandals. We recommend footwear that can be securely fastened to the foot such as trainers
- No food, drink or chewing gum permitted in the trials areas
- No bags, cameras or mobiles within the attraction space. All items should be secured in lockers
- No hats. Note that head coverings and scarves are permitted so long as there are no loose ends that could create a health and safety hazard
- Do not run on the staircases or climb on railings or scenery
- Do not wear anything which is likely to cause offence
- Any item which the operator deems as a risk to the safety of you or others may be asked to be removed
Any breach of these rules may result in you being refused admission or asked to leave the attraction.
9. LOCKERS
Complimentary lockers are available for small bags, mobile phones and any loose items of clothing or outerwear. Lockers are operated using your wristband.
NOTE: We do NOT operate a cloakroom service, so larger bags, shopping bags, buggies etc. should not be brought to the Attraction.
10. WAIVERS
Before any guest is permitted to enter the Jungle Challenge, we must receive a completed waiver, signed by:
- A parent or legal guardian.
- A responsible adult who accompanies the guest to the Attraction and has the express permission of a parent or legal guardian to sign and agree the waiver on their behalf.
HOW TO SIGN A WAIVER (ADULT GUESTS, 18 AND OVER)
1. Follow the link on your booking confirmation email. If you are not the lead booker, please ask the lead booker for the email or the booking details.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your ticket from the booking, verify your email, enter your details and sign the waiver.
3. Alternatively, click here to go to the waiver system and enter your ticket number – this can be found on your tickets in the booking confirmation. See details in the Plan Visit section of the website if unsure of how to find this.
HOW TO SIGN A WAIVER (UNDER 18s)
Under 18s CANNOT self-waiver. For guests under 18 the waiver can be signed by the parent/guardian making the booking for example a family booking.
Alternatively, the waiver can be signed by the responsible adult accompanying the under 18 if they have the express permission of the parent/guardian.
1. Follow the link on your booking confirmation email. If you are not the lead booker, please ask the lead booker for the email or the booking details.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to waiver yourself then select the Child tickets from the booking, enter the details requested and agree the waiver.
3. Alternatively, click here to go to the waiver system and enter your ticket number – this can be found on your tickets in the booking confirmation.

11. GROUPS AND PARTY BOOKINGS
For party bookings of over 10 guests (“Party Bookings”) please go to the Groups section of the website for details of our Party Packs that can be purchased and follow the links to purchase these packs. Details of the Party Packs will be detailed on the Website when they go on sale.
If you are an individual making a one-off Party Booking, this can be managed online. Full payment will be required at the time of booking via credit or debit card. Please contact us if you have any specific questions.
For larger Groups, Corporate Booking and Venue Hire, please contact us via the Groups section on the Contact us section of the Website and we will contact you to discuss your requirements.
For corporate bookings, larger groups and venue hire, additional terms and other payment options may apply. Please contact us for further details.
Where last minute cancellations are unavoidable through no fault of Continuum (for example on the advice of the police), we will contact all bookers as soon as possible. In such circumstances, Continuum will offer refunds or exchanges, but no further compensation will be offered.
Travel to and from the Tour and other costs not included in the ticket price are your responsibility. Bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable and are not for resale. Any such resale will deem the Booking void.
12. GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers of differing values can be purchased from our Buy Tickets page, to redeem against a booking by the recipient. Gift Vouchers can be emailed directly to the recipient immediately or on the date you set. A message can be added to your Gift Voucher.
The holder of the Gift Vouchers will need to visit the Attraction website to book any tickets and redeem the vouchers.
Gift Vouchers cannot be resold, returned or refunded except in accordance with your legal rights and the terms set out herein. Gift Ticket Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and must be redeemed for a valid date and time.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Any use in conjunction with other offers may be subject to the terms of the offer. Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost and are subject to the rest of the Terms set out herein.
13. ATTENDING THE ATTRACTION
You are admitted to the Attraction subject to the Attraction Rules. If you do not comply with them you may be removed from the Attraction by Continuum personnel, security or police officers, without any right to a refund. This is without prejudice to any claim that Continuum may have against you or arising out of your actions. Whilst inside the Attraction, you must comply with any reasonable instructions given to you by Continuum personnel or any third party instructed on Continuum’s behalf.
By entering the Attraction, you accept that you have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure your own safety and the safety of others, taking into account any personal medical conditions. All persons in and around the Attraction should behave in a safe manner at all times.
Continuum, acting reasonably at all times, reserves the right to refuse entry to the Attraction, or eject from the Attraction, without any right to a refund, any person who:
- arrives late as stated on the Booking;
- is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
- is found with any article which is deemed to be offensive or dangerous;
- does not respect the nature of the Attraction;
- behaves in a manner which is disruptive to the enjoyment of other guests;
- behaves in a manner which compromises the safety of other guests or staff;
- uses verbal or physical threats or insults toward any guest or member of staff;
- enters or attempts to enter any part of the Attraction which is a restricted or prohibited area; or
- fails to comply with any other term of the Attraction.
Continuum reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings or prosecute any person who is found to be:
- vandalising or damaging any part of the Attraction;
- theft of any nature from the Attraction or person, any aggression towards another guest or staff member;
- has previously acted in any manner which has caused any person to report that individual to Continuum;
- is attempting to regain admission to the Attraction or has been found inside the Attraction without a valid ticket;
- has purchased or fraudulently obtained any tickets or vouchers from a ticket tout or Continuum reasonably believes that they have purchased a ticket from an unauthorised source.
If any guest in breach of any of these Attraction Rules is a member of a group, then such group of individuals may also, at Continuum’s discretion, be denied entry or escorted from the Attraction without any right to a refund.
14. SECURITY
In order to prevent offensive or dangerous articles from being brought into the Attraction, admission to the Attraction is subject to the condition that, where requested, you will allow security personnel at the Attraction to search your person and/or belongings. Only bring essential items and keep belongings to a minimum. Note that there are no temporary storage facilities for non-permitted bags, so it will be your responsibility to find a safe temporary storage facility.
15. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
If we breach our contract with you or are negligent, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence.
Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time the contract was made (for example, if you discussed it with us).
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our acts or omissions, or those of our agents or subcontractors;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession)
- any other type of liability it is not lawful for us to exclude or limit (e.g. statutorily implied terms about satisfactory quality in relation to goods).
Where it is reasonable and lawful for us to limit our liability, we limit it to the limits on our relevant insurance policies.
16. GENERAL INFORMATION
Tickets for the Attraction cannot be used for advertising, promotions, competitions or raffles unless formal written permission is given by us. Unlawful resale or attempted unlawful resale of Attraction tickets is grounds for seizure or cancellation of those tickets, and this will be done with no refund or other compensation.
Variation – We have the right to vary these Terms from time to time by either notifying you of the variation in writing or by updating these Terms as they appear on our website.
Photography and Video – Due to the nature of the Activities, photography is not permitted whilst taking part in the Activities. Five digital photos are included as part of the Attraction experience. These will be dependent on you completing all the Attraction elements with photography.
Marketing – From time to time we, or other authorised parties may carry out photography and/or video recording and/or other monitoring on or in the vicinity of the Attraction, which may feature visitors. By accepting these Attraction Rules, you agree that Continuum or any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that all rights in these materials rests with Continuum or such authorised party (as the case may be). If you do not wish your image and/or data to be used in this way please contact us via the online form.
Any promotional information material that is produced to promote the Attraction must be approved by us in writing before use, and any intellectual property rights in respect of the Attraction must be acknowledged to be owned by Continuum or ITV Plc.
Privacy Policy – Any personal data provided in connection with the Attraction will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Deletion of unlawful terms – if any term in this contract is unlawful it will be deemed deleted, but the rest of the contract will remain in force.
Jurisdiction – These Attraction Rules shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales. We and you both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

‘STAR PASS’ VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR I’M A CELEBRITY JUNGLE CHALLENGE
(“VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS”)
The I’m A Celebrity Jungle Challenge ‘Star Pass’ voucher (“Voucher”) grants you a voucher to purchase one Standard ticket (“the Ticket”) for the I’m A Celebrity Jungle Challenge attraction (the “Attraction”).
These Voucher Terms and Conditions are the terms on which we provide the Voucher to you. Please read these Voucher Terms and Conditions before purchasing the Voucher. You should keep a copy of these Voucher Terms and Conditions for future reference. These Voucher Terms and Conditions are only available in the English language.
Upon purchase of a Voucher, you will be given a link to download and print the Voucher. You also need to provide an email address to receive an order confirmation and copy of the Voucher via the email address provided. Each Voucher will have a unique number to redeem against a Ticket.
Continuum will notify you by email of when Tickets become available and you will be able to redeem a Voucher against either a full price adult or full price child ticket and select a date and time you wish to attend the Attraction. You will then be issued a Ticket which you can either print or download to your electronic device.
Please present your Ticket upon arrival at the Attraction with any other instructions or additional documentation required as part of your Ticket. If a valid Ticket cannot be supplied, you will be required to purchase a new ticket on the door of the Attraction, subject to availability.
- Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date that Tickets for the Attraction go on sale as notified to you by email.
- Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and the whole Voucher must be used in a single transaction.
- Vouchers are refundable on a case by case basis by contacting info@imacelebrityjunglechallenge.co.uk
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.
- Vouchers cannot be used for retail or catering outlets at the Attraction.
- Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our prior written consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose.
- Please note that we reserve the right to alter or change any part of the Attraction where we deem necessary.
The following restrictions apply to participation in the Attraction:
